I saw steel arrows in the game before.. But I wonder where can I get them? By means, not from hunting.. But from armory or shops... Anyone can tell? Thx..

Essene or Eir Armory. =] Costs 4 Kron each.

at the shop in essene and eir.. they cost 4 Krons and have +2 atk...buy they are .03 heavier than the wooden one
