Firewall

I struggle about 12 hours because I can't login to Fiesta.
And then I noticed that my Norton firewall is turned on.
Can anyone please tell me how to turn it off because I can't find a way.

There may be an issue with your Internet speed caused by your Internet Service Provider. I suggest contacting them directly to ask if they are perhaps limiting your connection to our servers. Also, you should check on the following and be sure that you are:

1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) and/or Anti-Virus software you are running are disabled. Usually to disable your anti-virus software, you can simply right-click on the icon in the bottom right of your task bar (in Windows Desktop) and click "disable."
