i,m a level 16 and either the monster are too weak or too strong. i need a good place to train

Such is the problem of many, many acos.

You have three options open to you.

1) Solo the too weak
2) Solo the too hard (1 or 2 at a time)
3) Find a good party <--I reccomend this

And if you can't find one, make one. Also, if no one is there to BE in a party with you, I get more exp per hour soloing weaker monsters then harder ones.

For the first lvls just kill things solo out of brinhild, till around lvl 20 (as was said, weaker mob than you will give you better results). After that, you can keep going further from brinh, or go to essene and head west to try to kill the mobs there (I would recommend avoiding the royal jellies); if you can kill them fast enough then go ahead, otherwise go back to weaker mob till you become stronger and then comeback (east of essene has similar mob too). You can easily stay on those maps (west/east of essene) till lvl 30. If you can get any good party, then go ahead, but if they're afk too long or you get in too much tight spots (or worst, if they let you die), just leave them and go back solo (partying won’t get you much better exp than soloing unless the part is really efficient, well organized and on a good map, something hard to achieve on low lvl people).
