Well...

Montree vs DarkBattalion.

What i want post here are only my own fellings and reflections and plesase dont treat this as a critic of DarkBattalion or reporting post.

I was in Moonlight Tomb when we start War against Dark_Battalion so i dont known exact reason why we started but is happend.
My friends which i was in MT encourage me to participate in war so i left them and rush to Eld Arena.
I am currently lvl 29 fighter so i realise that agains over 30 oponents i have no chance :), so i stand back and watch.
Soon our six members face overwhelming quantity of DarkBattalion Members and they declare war to us.
And all get out of hand when two members of DarkBattalion starting attack us whit thier ranged attack(both of them were i suppose over 40 if not highier).

Let me ask a half rethorical question (however i dont expect that someone will answer).

Did Dark_Battalion was in so grave danger from our six members not to mention that only three of them fight 1 vs 1 and rest just watch of the outcome that almoust entire DarkBattalion get involved?

What i observe that most of DarkBattalion members where suprised about war but soon one of them(over +40 fighter) become the most active participant(but in very negative meaning).
He start attacking us whit his special attacks agaist witch especialy i were defenceless.
I dont known if he jocking but suddenly he ask "what mean 1 v 1 ?:rolleyes:"

All what we want were friendly and fair fight on equal lvl's but soon our cleric where gangbaned and after this we decide to stop fighting and our Mistress go to Mushroom mode.
This fighter however dont take word NO FIGTH as answer and soon join him a mage and they starting attacking us.

After one of spawn i back near arena and have been engaged to 1v1 fight whit other member of DarkBattalion.
I lost because lvl diference and sadly to say lagging... but this was fair lost and i have no reason to complains.:)

Anyway i decide to make a test...
I remove my sword and shield so i was defenceless and sit on grass near arena.

Of course those fighter dont bother to notice that i have no weapon in hand and use his special attack agains me saying "I dont need to touch you".
I dont known if this was ordered or simply overseen but DarkBattalion dont make spawn area post and earn whit this fact my respect.
Soon we decide to leave city.

After i emerge in Moonlight Tomb i realise that i have been folow by mage from DarkBattalion and get killed far away from Eld Gate.
I known that this was no ice vivi because i have communicate in my log.
After respawn i rush back to MT and of course this mage follow me there.
This time i rush in directon of Graveyard and after couple manouvers i manage outrun him.(thank you Outspark for racoons :D).

By the way if i accidentaly train someone there so i very apologise...

And this was end my war participation.

DarkBattalion of course win by overrun but this victory is clouded by some dishonorable actions SOME of thier members.

Lets get to conclusion.

I ask leaders of DarkBattalion - Please dont let that some dishonorable actions durring this senseless war destroyed our possible relations.

The only reason I warred Dark_Battalion was because they ganged up on ONE member of Aristocrats, and he said he needed help. So being the nice person I am, I helped. But, since they were all lower levels than me, I sat out and watched instead. I didn't want it to seem like we were picking on them... but they misunderstood, and called for the higher guild. Now, I see their intentions, but it was stupid of me to think anyone in this godforsaken game would even think to understand.

DarkBattalion warred us, and most of them are above the level 50. Even before we got warred by them, we stopped fighting their lower guild Dark_Battalion, except for my idiotic sister Hatoru. I apologize.

AriesMajor doesn't seem to have a brain, or he doesn't comprehend english. Many times I have told him to stop, and either he wouldn't listen, or he'd laugh at me. I'm pretty sure they know why we warred their lower guild, and a "Just fooling around" doesn't cut it. Cleric_Girl, you aren't as nice as I thought you were. I've seen you around on these forums... and I've learned not to assume anything anymore.

As a reflection of this... I have decided for the time being, we will not help anyone with wars, or have wars. I'm sorry.

wow mew mew lina i totally agree, aries is a bit special, but dark batallion warred us randomly yesterday and started killing all of my members and when i told him our situation he said "lol well i can kill your whole guild so i don't mind if you gang" ..so they won the first war and after it was over i noticed we had more active people fighting so I decided to take it upon myself and war them back because mine didn't have a cooldown. and guess what we do? A bunch of high 20s and mid 30s, mixed in with 2 level 40s kill him. oh and, i was 1v1ing girl cleric and aries came in and attacked me, i kited him around a bit, and still ended up killing girl cleric...after we killed aries wildthing came but i took him aside and had a talk with him and told him our side of the story and he was a great guy really understanding so he left us alone, i don't want to say all of dark batallions are ****s, because it's not true. but I have to say aries is a real ******.


edit* and zelkova, dont let people get to you, it's guild drama no matter what you do you will have the flamers if you think you did the right thing then dont worry about it because that's all what counts..as long as your guild backs you up you know you're fine

Like Sun Tzu (sheesh i dont known how this spell correct :o) write:

"Victorious warriors first win a war and then go to fight and defeated wariors first go to war and then seek to win".

In this case DarkBattalion win but actions of those two (and mage in my case) cast a dark shadow of infamy on entire guild.

I really hope that leaders of DarkBattalion will undertaken some action to temper some of his members for sake entire guild.

Maybe this will sound too harsh but after reading countles post about other wars(shroom, spawn, outside city killing, and my personally experience from yesterday when i was four times kill by archer from of Ailias(if i am wrong whit name please correct me because i dont remember correct.) [first time i was killed near gate to FoM siting on my racoo and after this i was three times spawn killed by this same female archer(however i should call her Crossbowgirl* )after i state that because my strong headache i log off (and i have three witnesses, one from my guild and two my friends from Magic Army)] i start treat spawn killing as SIMPLE COLD BLOOD MURDERand really hope that this case will be reconsider by Outspark Officials and they put this to end.

For a sake of all Guilds we need come back to OLD WAR RULES when all this things were considered as Bannable harassment.

I want to ask here on this forum any of GM's if they will read this.

What circumstances were considered when you removes Mushroom, Spawn and Outside City killing from prohibited actions during Guild War?

Hello, ArnyBoy here from Dark__Battalion(master). ok ok.. your prob all gonna start flaming me ^^ but! The aristrocrats war was FAIR... we all sat around whiel they had a 1v1( and sorry if you thought we cheat cuz one member was healing..(Shes kinda new) but I don't see how it was unfair -.- we didn't gang him, we did 1v1s. If anything happened after that I wasn't there.. but your guild (montree) was way better than ours.. So what you want me t do? Sit there and get creamed? Uhm NO. I'm gonna call for help.. And what ever DarkBattalion does isn't my fault.. take that up with them... But I think it your fault for trying to kill us -.- I tried to make the aristrocrats war fair.. Let's clarify things up a bit here...
What exactly is the meaning of a "war"
Is what I want to know first, I understand everyone wants to have some nice little 1 vs 1 matches against others, but that just isn't the philosophy everyone has in mind.
This is a game, and the game was built on the idea that there would be massive killings, and all of you should be aware of this, you can't expect everyone in the game to have the same mentality you want them to have.
Beating the living hell out of someone, even when they're away from the keyboard is just something that
A) Hasn't been corrected by the GMs yet
or
B) It's something the GMs don't really care about, and it's all just part of
playing the game, yes?

If none of that made sense to you, well then I don't know how to put it to you simpler, anyways
I would understand if someone from Dark Battalion verbally assaulted someone else, yes, that would be something to complain about I guess, but it's really nothing you should waste your time on putting up on the forums.
The type of people you guys like to chit chat about are nothing, there's worse people out there.
So if you're still going to sit here and complain about guilds and their members, to hell with you, the objective of a war is to kill your opponent/get a higher score than your opponent/or just have fun making everyone else mad until they get tired of it, and whine to their good ol' friends so they have vote from the public to do something about it.

Remember, it's just a war, vulgar words, (As if you've never seen foul language being shot at someone before) It all lasts an hour, Oh and, there's now a nice "BLOCK" option for those of you who like to whine about being insulted.

It's simple, right click on the annoyance, and block!

Feel free to further critique my guild and the people who are in it, not like it's going to do anything.

I wonder why all war threads very soon must end as flamming forums.
My intention was start a debate about entire war situation.

Jack_The_Reaper, you dont need to tell me what is annihilation war.

I live in coutry witch was wiped out from world map during world war II and on streets of our citys almoust all days were mass execusions because when resistance killed some German officer they in retalitation hijack from street a group of civilians and execute them.

And what you post IS call for Annihilation Wars where is no rules and all is allowed but let me tell you something.
On real battlefield egsist very strict RULES OF ENGAGEMENT where is clear state if you kill defeceless oponent or civilian you face COURT MARSHALL and go to jail for rest of your life or even could face a DEATH PENALTY.

And times of annihilation wars ended in 1945 so we dont need them in Fiesta.

I wont comment your post because whatever i will say you and you simmilar "war happy" will never agree that MAYBE what you do is wrong.

Its really sad that todays young generation have no slight idea what in reality is war and i known people who live in times of war and survive Germans Death Camps.
Trust me, what they told me make Guantanamo a three star hotel.

But this thread in no place for psyhological analise mentality of MTV and I-pod generation.

When i start play Fiesta i hoped that at least this one game will be free from
"war hungry and blood thirsty people" but it seems all this was invain.

And about Dark_Battalion.

I dont known what was direct triger for war because i was outside Elderine at this time grinding whit my firends and to arena i arrive couple minutes after begining of war so i will not comment this.
But what i seen from our site fight ONLY three people (two fighters and cleric)all +30.
I whit my lvl 29 char stay back.

Arny-boy3 forgive me but you act in this case like kid in sand box who get rid by some other kids and run away calling for help his old brother and his friends.
Tust me we have possibility to call for help but we dont do this instead we accept defeat what i must sadly admit you were unable to do.

So once again please, dont flame eachothers...

Arny, Moontree stepped in to help TheAristocrats after they started 3 on 1ing him. We asked him if he needed help, and he said yes. They made a TheAristocrats member leave, too. I said I could one hit most of them. I wasn't lying. When I noticed how easy they were dying we and Zelkova stepped back and I let the high 2x members of Moontree have fun 1 vs 1's with them, because we don't want to bully anyone, that's not how we are. But then DarkBattalion warred us and started going after us, chasing us, spawn killing us, mushroom killing us, AerisMajor and girl_cleric really shined in those.

I want only analise what happend and why something what could be very easy resolved by talks because our master was present by this time escalated onto street brawl without rules.

As the story unfoled from my eyes, the D_B were all in the arena when one member, wont say name, of TA was there. They fought one-on-one battles thoughout the entire fight (escept for the newb cleric ocasional heal). Between the TA member and the D_B members who did participate, knobody ended up dying....but the TA member asked to stop and they did. Then the TA member was complaing on how his guild didnt even wasnt to show up for the war, even though there were people on, and he quit his guild becasue of that, he did get coaching from D_B, but it was ulimatley his decision to make. From what I read from what they were saying, The previous TA member was going to join D_B at a later point after the war cool down time was over, dont know if that actually happened, but thats what was said.

After he left another TA member showed up and 1 on 1 fights continued. Some Moontree members were already there and they started taunting D_B and saying how much better they were then them. Most of the D_B members ignored her but for one, thier guild leader (master whatever u call them) who spoke calmly...from the words i read...to the MT member, who still contiuned taunting. The D_B leader ended up leaving and this is where its gets crazy. After continuious 1 on 1 fights the TA member finally dies. Everyone seemed that everything was over, but the TA member came back. No more fighting continued for a while, adn the TA member was talking to the taunting MT member, with a big sword...lvl 40 im guessing. More and more MT members showed up and I was about to leave until I saw Darkbattalion members coming up the arena stairs, so I decided to stay. I actually stood and watched someone from DB talking to the mean MT person about why picking on lower level guilds is not a good idea.

They had a calm discussion while some more 1 on 1 fights happened between D_B and TA. The TA member died again and then got rezed, he ran over to the MT member and said yes, about what, i'm sure for help, but I don't know for sure, becasue right after that most of the D_B members started with their question marks and "***!" statements. the DB member contiued talking to the MT member about not going after D_B members, I believe by my count about 4 times. You guys need to stop fighting about things and just grow up. It's a free game, so you will get some of those bad apples within the game, but just be happy its free and it doesn't start being a paid game.

Like i write before i havent been on arena and in Elderine when all began and when you outside city you are cut in normal chatbox from citys events so i only see a short talking in guild chatbox.

XSDrinker you acting like reporter who talk about what he see but having no entry to "communication lines" fighting sides can olny assume what intentions both sides have.
Sometimes many talks betwen participants have been made in Whisper mode and because of this its very easy form a false picture of entire situation.

Last thing i want to do is complain that we lost because odds were agains us but trust me i am not pacyfist and when comes to fight i will stand by my guild.

I read many "post war" posts and threads when where lots of complais, hate and flamming and i have fellings that even if real fight is over they continue fight on forum...

You say that there should be no rules durring war... but allow me to disagree whit you.
I meet many people who told me that they considering leave thier guilds because of wars.

Sometimes i sit near arena and read chatbox what happend there.
You wont belive me how sometimes guild members who refuse to fight are treat by OWN guildmates.

But back on our own yard ;)

I known that is only a game BUT even here should be a rules because if we remove any restrains and allow everything soon we fail on permanent anarchy.
There is in off free PVP games in internet (Guild Wars for example)and no one have signed a cyrography whit outspark that he will not be allowed to quit and move to oher games.

I was born in 1972 so i am old in off to known diference betwen light and dark and i known how world works when you must count every single copper or silver using game metafor...

And what i see from many post here is growing up desire to removing all restrictions and even (sporadic but they are) calls for PK system.

Lets make a hipotetical sytuation when pk system is implement and all is allowed.

Roumen will be nothing more as newbie graveyard (what chance have newbie level (1-10) against rookie level (15-20) not to mention above 20... because bored players decide to make a little "friendly visit" in this area.

By the way term "friendly war" sound for me like a forgive me but creepy joke.

From my OWN point of view there is nothing friendly or fun in wars and never will...

In military dictionary egsist entry "Friendly fire" when soldier have been (usually by accident or wrong interpretation of sytuation) killed by his own army or allied army...

Elderine also will be mass killing place because of high lvl players...

NO RULES = CHAOS = ANARCHY = GAME OVER

People will start quit because will be extremally dificult to lvl up and Fiesta will simply die...

I really hope that is not future we all want for Fiesta... and forgive me size of my post :)

This is why I don't do guild wars, every time I do, the people from the other guild wait in the area where I respawn and then attack me at like a 4 - 1 team. Which totally isn't fair. If I had advice for you it would just be to turn off wars if there causing stress.

Hi this is Viazard from Dark_Battalion, when we were at war with the aristocrts guild it WAS a FAIR fight. We all went 1 on 1 with the guy it was a fun fight ^^ fighting with just fists^^ then some moontree member comes from nowhere and asked the guys if he needed help. IT WAS 1 ON 1!!! why would he need help? maybe there was alot of us around him, but we werent attacking him just watching, 1 went 1 on 1 with him myself ^^ fists ^^ then that moon tree member started talking about how we were unfair, when the only reason we warred the Aristocrats was that they were ganging another guild 2 vs. like 6 or 7 and they were spawn killing. When Moontree warred us they like lvl 40+ ATLEAST then they started attacking us and the SPAWN KILLS were like a loop, i know i was spawn killed like 12 times. Hi there, now i'm not going to take any sides on this conflict because I don't have a guild, but I did see the entire fight between Dark_Battalion and TheAristocates (forgive me if my spelling is off), nothing better to do, so whatever. As the story unfoled from my eyes, the D_B were all in the arena when one member, wont say name, of TA was there. They fought one-on-one battles thoughout the entire fight (escept for the newb cleric ocasional heal). Between the TA member and the D_B members who did participate, knobody ended up dying....but the TA member asked to stop and they did. Then the TA member was complaing on how his guild didnt even wasnt to show up for the war, even though there were people on, and he quit his guild becasue of that, he did get coaching from D_B, but it was ulimatley his decision to make. From what I read from what they were saying, The previous TA member was going to join D_B at a later point after the war cool down time was over, dont know if that actually happened, but thats what was said.

After he left another TA member showed up and 1 on 1 fights continued. Some Moontree members were already there and they started taunting D_B and saying how much better they were then them. Most of the D_B members ignored her but for one, thier guild leader (master whatever u call them) who spoke calmly...from the words i read...to the MT member, who still contiuned taunting. The D_B leader ended up leaving and this is where its gets crazy. After continuious 1 on 1 fights the TA member finally dies. Everyone seemed that everything was over, but the TA member came back. No more fighting continued for a while, adn the TA member was talking to the taunting MT member, with a big sword...lvl 40 im guessing. More and more MT members showed up and I was about to leave until I saw Darkbattalion members coming up the arena stairs, so I decided to stay. I actually stood and watched someone from DB talking to the mean MT person about why picking on lower level guilds is not a good idea.

They had a calm discussion while some more 1 on 1 fights happened between D_B and TA. The TA member died again and then got rezed, he ran over to the MT member and said yes, about what, i'm sure for help, but I don't know for sure, becasue right after that most of the D_B members started with their question marks and "***!" statements. the DB member contiued talking to the MT member about not going after D_B members, I believe by my count about 4 times. One MT member did and then D_B members tried to fight back...to no avail (obvious lvl diff). As things took its place in time, DB started attacking MT, warning they issued I guess was true. Now to me the tables had turned on MT, DB was easily overpowering them. As the fights started pouring out of the arena, I followed, and actually saw MT members asking for DB members to stop, but to no avail for about another min until D_B members actually got DB to stop.

I can only say that the fight between D_B and TA was a fair one on one, but after that everything else seemed to get way out of hand, starting with MT then DB. As I see it, war is war...there should be no rules, but I see there are guidelines set by the GM's. If they truely did not want certain things, then they could fix it in the programing, but they don't becasue it's still part of the game. As for the person who said somthing to the lines of Rules of Engagement...it's true, but that is real life and this is a fantasy game, nothing more, nothing less. You guys need to stop fighting about things and just grow up. It's a free game, so you will get some of those bad apples within the game, but just be happy its free and it doesn't start being a paid game.

The Aristocrats and DB jr, were having a fair war that day all of our admin knew this and there was no reason to step in, or do anything, and actually it went quite well from both sides being very similar and close to lvl, the scores were pretty even and close. Now I usually dont make it my efforts to go looking for war, I never shout it in town, I never ask for it, and I never taunt it on. My standards are as follows, I wont strike unless taunted, once taunted, its on! I was actually out picking mushrooms for a quest that day, when one of our admin said that Moontree was threatening our jr guild and arney wanted no part of it.

I decided to go to elderine to investigate, and low and behold theres Moontree, a supposed, PEACFUL GUILD. Yeah right. Standing around DB jr taunting and flaming. Our other admin at the time had allready made several attempts to warn them not to declare against jr. Those attempts failed because obviously Moontree....The Peacful guild declared anyway.

Our admin was not lieing when he said dont do that, so.....we declared.
We do keep to our word you know. And from what I can remember there were alot of runners as soon as i stepped into the arena. Dunno why, my char atm is only lvl 54, he's not that scary....maybe just the equipment but naked no. He just packs a punch for being so low in lvl.
And yes 54 to me is still low, since the cap has been raised, do set standards you know.

And most of the moontree guild that day had alot of cursing to do that day since obviously after I whiped a bunch of them, they blew up my whisper box with a good variety of ***s youre a P!#$@y just some of the most foul mouthed things.
NOTE: I don't think you have the right to say stop with foul curswords still coming out of your mouth.
Now I have been known to bash....bash with my characters sword, axe or whatever. But never once, and you can pull up the entire history of my chats, do I ever bash with threats and insults.
To me, waisting your time on insults and typed words is just a cowardes move. Rules of engagement are simple, Dont talk about it, Be about it.

And if you cant be about it.....be quiet. I'm really a nice guy if you ever see me out in the field or messin around with random things like holding a random auction and selling some of my old warriors equipment and other things to people who need it. And most of the time I'm usually joking around in a grind party etc. KQ's the same thing. This game is supposed to be entertaining, and i like to entertain. Just one catch.....Im not the same during a guild war if I dont know who you are. So repetitive smashing is just a reflex.
And the only thing I ever say during a guild war now adays, and if my memory serves me right, I even used to do this when I was lvl 30 somthing, Basically, how many of you can I take at one time....hmmmm. Thats all I got for taunts these days. And yes I'm used to getting ganged, and for some reason...even though Im allways quiet as hell during a guild war from the time I was lvl 30 Ive allways been the fighter or player in the guild to get ganged first. I take it as a compliment because obviously they saw me as a threat, thank you very much.

The squad situation was nice, maybe 8 squad members or more vs. me. I like those odds. But if I can remember it from that day, My guild wasnt the only ones peeved at Squad that day, and if memory serves me right, there had to be at least 6 other guilds that declared on squad that day.
All of them when asked why just simply said they hated squads guts for some reason. Whether it be the random shout outs in the middle of noob territory to declare war on them, begging for it, or random jumpings by squad towards newly founded guilds. I guess those rumors must have been true.

The Moontree battle was an act of defence, and for the record I dont hate moontree, you guys are ok in my books, I just totally had a different picture in mind from your guild when it said peaceful and friendly, might wanna rethink that motto.
I dont know what the heck the thing with squad was, but im betting on late justice, like 7 guilds attacked you guys within the same hour of which I have no idea who any of them are except for maybe Freaks guild and still then, What would you have to do to get a player like Freak angry or any of the other guilds.

So we stepped out, because we didn't want to bully. It should have been fair from there on out. But I can't watch everything at once, so I don't know what all happened. Reading here, there seems to be both sides, and it's a bit confusing.

After DarkBattalion warred us (Which I didn't even know you guys were sister guilds -.- Forgive me for my ignorance) I knew there had to be a misunderstanding. There was a total lack of communication, which didn't help at all. I tried to talk to you (AriesMajor) but you really didn't say anything back. If you saw it from my point of view, you'd be frustrated too. And the more I tried to talk with you to clear the misunderstanding, the more I got frustrated with all the flaming, rapid guild complaints, and curses everywhere (Not to mention my sister screaming at me that you were a total *****). I sort of took my frustrations out on you by yelling, which surely didn't help. I apologize again.

But after all that, I think what really pissed me off was some of the Dark_Battalion guildies started to all gang on me, telling me that you guys could "PWN" me, and shouted that I was weak. No offense, but some of the members are really immature, because it all seems like a little spoiled kid yelling at another kid that their older sibling could beat them up.

Simply they were UNWILLING to lisening what is sad.
I promise you that from my site i do everything to PREVENT any further provocations witch can drag us in unwanted war.

My Talking Point.

From reading posts of members BOTH guilds i cannot draw some decisive conclusions because i dont known if they talk in behalf of his own guilds or only experssed thier own point of views.
In first case this give me very sad picture of both guilds and i really hope that this is not a true picture.
I will be glad if Masters of both guils post here thier own versions of events so we can at least create a full picture of this sad story because right now Moontree is pictured as rampaging and trowing insults on left and rights gang of spoiled kids...

Forgive me but this cannot be possibile since all our members were constant attack by members of DarkBattalion witch have quantity advantage of over us (about 6-1).
Without possibile to veryfy proofs (SS) such accusations cannot be taken as true.

In my case it was i who have been spawn kill in near arena witch Akatsuki323 confirm.

We were all looking for a war that day and aristrocrats(Sorry for spelling) is the guild that would be the most fair fight... only problem was that either they didn't want to fight or they didn't have many people online at the time. Yes, I am sorry for warring without giving any notice to them but even though there was only one person fighting for them we made it even.. A 1v1 fight(With the exception of the heals..Sorry about the new person). Maybe the heals is what made montree or made xXxHealerxXx Angry, I don't know. Any ways... We were all standing around talking and stuff when A montree member(I think it was kitty?Sorry if not) just started to taunt us and stuff saying she could own us all in 1 hit.. So I asked her why shes trying to make us mad or whatever. I have bad memory for this stuff so may not be exact, but I think she said cuz you warred them when they had only a couple people on. So we said stuff for a minute or two (Cant remember,Sorry) Then I told her not to war us. Well she asked why not, and I told her That it would be way unfair for her to come kill us all if were being nice to the aristrocrats guild.. I also warned her maybe 2-3 times that if she does war us, Then she will have Lvls 50 and 60s coming form DarkBattalion coming to jump in the fight.

Alright here's where it gets bad. We warred, I killed several 2x members, and me and Zelkova just stared at each other and went like "Wow, we knew they were weak, but we didn't know they were THAT weak." we also said we'd sit back and watch while two of our high 2x and one low 3x had some friendly 1 on 1's. We also said if they double teamed, or something like that, we'd kill them, because we want it to be fair. We did kill some people. That cleric a few times, and one or two others.

All right now gather fact give me a conclusion that this war occured from simple misunderstud intention of both sides.

But this is right now a history and its pointless do dig this forward because this simply can turn in to something what i want avoid.
So i ask not posting here anymore comments about war because ...
