Did you buy packs for items of a different level than the pack? Two of the packs are for level 1 weapons/armour and another two are for level 2 weapons/armour.

You'll have to tell me if the GGK 2h is level 2 because I know nothing of anything except Cleric weapons. I'm pretty sure it is though... =/

Did you seperate the stones from there stack using shift and click then place the red stone in the red box beneath the enhancement wheel and the blue stone in the blue box?

Did you go to the special items tab in your inventory and right click the red eye and blue mile so that they are attached to that character and then of course break down the stack to use one at a time. After the character has them in his/her inventory, put the red eye on the red block and the blue mile on the blue block in the refiniement window.
