Thx!

GIMP is the best in my opinion, if you are looking for a free one. You can download it on Gimp.org and find tutorials on gimptalk.com
Hope I helped, if you need more help just PM me :).

Ya photoshop was really good while I had it, but GIMP works just as well (even though photoshop is a little easy to understand).

All programs are free :D when you can get them from the internet :D

90% of the internet is "illegal" these days...

Did you try the gimptalk tutorials? Here I think I have a few basic signature tutorial links laying around somewhere I'll see if I can dig them up.

Paint isnt really a tool to make signatures.... paint is often used as a tool to capture screenshots or create simple drawings by 5 year old people ;)

If you're like me, you dislike programs like gimp, which are oriented towards people who do cell shading and vector art, then you'd far prefer Artweaver. In my opion, it is by far the best free program out there.

OpenCanvas ftw! Unfortunately though, the only version that is free is the OpenCanvas 1, which doesn't have a whole lot of options. x_x If you could, try to...ah...find a download of the old OpenCanvas 3.05...ah I loved that version.

I've used Corel (formerly Jasc) Paint Shop Pro for years now, totally "free" Suits my needs perfectly ^_^.
