Desperatly need help plss!!!!!!

ok so im really really new to the game and im used to games like tibia....

i have a lvl 8 fighter, he has a basic set of armor sword and shield, ive done 2 quests and i dont really know what to do from here...

Um... only 2 quests? Go back to town, and click on 'M' on your keyboard. The may should show up. It'll have the NPCs on there, and if there are pink '!', that means you've got a new quest, and if the ! is blue, it means you need to turn in the quest for item/armor/fame/exp. Also, a little bird thing will pop up on the right corner of your screen beside the map... unless you moved it. It tells you what new quest you can accept.

ok yeah i just want a full monster guide like what i should hunt to get the most exp at one time, what level i should be, skills to empower, and just an all around build

Ah, just use the search button to find all the information you need. There are many guides out there floating around. Or you could try The Fiesta Wiki. >:]
