Why should u get a scout?!?

wats so good about a scout?!? I cant decide between trying to get a rouge or trying to get a scout. Post bak!!

Erm... Since no one's gotten to Rogue yet, we can't say. :]

For now, though:
Scout if you want to become stronger earlier.
Rogue if you're willing to train 21 more levels and then class advance.

I mean, the main reason (I'm hearing) that people go Scout at level 45 is because training up to 45 (and after) is extremely long and tiresome. I posted in another thread that I only got 6% (solo'ing) in 20 minutes - that's 18%/hour at level 47. So you can see why people would want to become stronger earlier on.

Another reason people go Scout is because they like archers and the way they look and/or fight - long-range and all that jazz, which is perfectly cool and a personal choice.

I, myself, think going Rogue sounds cooler, but I'm willing to slug through 18%/hour (or less) in order to reach such a goal.

Rogues and Scout have fighting differences like Scout for sure has ranged attacks, while rogue has high agility thus leads to avoiding more attacks and doing more attacks.

Depends if you want to stay short ranged, go long range, if you think one looks better than the other, if you have the patience, etc.

Personally I don't like the way rogues look, and although I'm really going to miss invisible, I'm planning to become a scout, and maybe use another character slot to be a normal neo to become a rogue. Also, since my first char is an apprentice I'm used to using long ranged, so I'm leaning toward it.

Whats so good about a scout?

Well my former neo friend recently goto level 45 and turned into an archer. He is now able to kill blood red mobs. Solo. Without them even hitting him.

Yeah... not bad lol. Makes me want to go archer, but I won't!
