Fiesta Cash Purchase Failed Twice

I've spent $20 a month back making a purchase of FiestaCash via Paypal; I've yet to receive anything as of now. This morning another transaction of $30 was made and I've not received anything either. What is going on exactly? Also if you guys need screenshots of the transaction/etc. I will acquire it from my friend (made purchase at her house using her card). My sister made a purchase the same way and got her SparkCash the very first hour, why isn't it working for me? Is it due to my email address? (ends with .co.jp) Also sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section. P.s. even though I use .co.jp I'm in continental U.S., so please do not tell me to get my **** to the Japanese Bright Kingdom ^_^v.

I can't help you with your problem, but I do know that you should probably private message CSR_Cretz about the problem. Also they run on Pacific time, and if you want to know what time it is there, you can go into your options, then 'edit options', and set the time you see in the forum to pacific, then at the bottom of the page you will get pacific time. This also helps with events, since they are posted in pacific time. Also, if you ever need to know when a GM is on the forum, you can go to the first page of the forums by clicking on 'oustpark forums' at the top of the page, and then scroll to the bottom. It has a list of all the accounts viewing the forums at the moment. Hope that helps you contact a CSR or GM.

Hmm thanks for the information. I have sent a pm yesterday. How long does it usually take for a response? Also as stated under their ToS no refund is available for SparkCash, but since I've not received the supposed "merchandise" am my entitled the rights to sue (I will wait maybe 2 more months lol)

Well, since most of the mods won't be back till monday it will probably be in the next couple of days. I'm sure they will help sort things out.

I hope so... It seems that I'm the only one having this problem, but if purchases continue to fail on this account I will make another and try again (first with $5 and then $50 xD)..... Another player told me about some chargeback functions associated with PayPal that allowed her to get her investment back when she failed to get her credit on some RPG game she played, since I'm not a PayPal user and my friend did it for me can anyone explain to me how that function work? (will attempt that first if admins/mods cannot help me). Also the reason I want to spend real money on virtual money................. I get jealous over my sister's hairstyle =_=;
