I know in SOS there is a way to turn the music off in an options box. Is there a way to also do that in Fiesta because I like to listen to my own music while I play.

Yes. Hit the ESC Key to open the in game options, and go to "Sound Settings". Turn down the setting for "BGM". Also, turning down "Environments" may be of some help.
