When to report players

I hope i'm posting in the right place.

Lately there's been a lot of players ruining the game environment, such as spamming yells, advertisers spamming on the public chat in town, and people who just KS a lot.

I tried clicking on the "report" button in the chatbox, but I'm not sure if I should use it, whether the reason i'm reporting a player is valid enough. There was this female cleric, in Apoline, who always KS me at moonlight tomb. The funny thing is that she teleports around a lot, somehow. One moment she KS me at ice vivi, she disappears. then a moment later, i see her running my way from a distance, and coming to KS me again. Some other time, she would teleport out of nowhere and KS me at ice vivi again, and run off. I've told her to stop KS'ing, but she won't respond and just keeps attacking whatever is near her.

So, uh. Any advice on what to do if I see people like these? :/

The best advice in the world I can give you is to take pictures. The GMs love that as it is evidence in the case you are presenting to them.

Take pictures of the offending people. You'll want to find a place to upload the pictures for large detail (photobucket is good and free for basic uploading). Go to your MyDocuments folder and you'll find the pictures there under "Fiesta".

Make a PM (Private Message) to the GM in your server and place the picture links in the message along with needed information like players name, server, location (map), and violation you are reporting.

GMs will not be able to immediately act on this as they are super busy. They may even take a good while to get to due to their workload. However, please know they DO investigate and deal with each report as they receive them.

I report bots on a weekly basis and 98% of the time they are gone within a week or two after reporting.

By doing these things you are helping make Fiesta a better place for everyone. :3

well, i would just sit around for a little while... maybe get a snack or somthing cause eventually they will get bored and leave. If that doesnt work, im sorry! :D
