This would make it easier to finish quest if you could transport from one town to another but before you can do this you should have to finish a quest for each town.
This may make it easier but they the should charge to transport to diffirent town by your level.
For example if you are level 3 and trying to go elderine it may charge you 200 copper but if you are level 20 it may cost only 20 copper because of your level and skills.
This would help prevent low level characters from going to high level towns.
