Hit rate question, can an ADMIN please awnser?

What's the hitrate that players have on monsters by default and how much does the gap increases each level? Has a chart been made for this, i'd really like to know. Even more importantly how much AIM do you need to up this hit rating by a certain %, i know theres always going to be a chance to get resisted or dodged, but maxing out your aim enough to minimize this chance is information i'd really like to know =), Thanks.

They wouldn't release such info. Try to break into their software and try to find out (isn't legal though, I think). But other than that, just try to find it out. Your char get's deleted at the end of closed beta anyway. ^_^

Yeah just try to find out if it makes a noticeable difference by testing it with your closed beta character.
