How to make blessed elrue , Lix and Xir ??? and lucky elrue ,Lix,Xir..can anyone tell me??

Unfortunately there is no way to make Blessed or Lucky stones. These stones can only be attained from drops, other players, quests, chests, etc.

Mining ore also sometimes can get bless lix

I guess knowing this makes me a little less frustrated at getting BLix out of EVERY Mara KQ. Thanx for the info.

You forgot boss quest monsters, like Flame Sylph.
