Shield inc. T2 ??

Hi, all....does anyone know where to get shield inc. T2 learn scroll i cant seem to find anyone that knows in game.

And yes T2 shield and Vitality scrolls ahould be made available in the store.
This would stop the scamming of Vitality scrolls.

You can't buy them in shop it's only a very very very very rare drop. I saw a vit. tier 2 dropped in moonlight tomb but i think ( hope ) every monster after lvl 30 can drop them

Its not only T2 Vit shield and speed, its also T3 vit shield speed that is missing.
Th, T2 vit recipe is ver yrare drop from piggy bat.

the T3 skills can be bought from nina with fame. but thats not really the issue, we need the t2 before the t3

T2 skill scrolls are available from rare drops by Luminous Stone, Burning Hill, and Moonlight Tomb elite monsters.

Tier 3's are....I don't really know. Probably Elite monsters in Goblin Camp and higher.

my fiance lipsofanangel has the vit t3 and it dropped in the pvp area for lvl 50-59 and the other rares of scroll skills are supposedly coming from these areas as well depending on lvl. Hope this helps

I have killed over 200 piggy bats / no vit 02 drop. I solo in GC , VT and MT killing elite monsters, no drop. I really don't understand why they would make it so difficult to get the scrolls. I have essentially given up hope ever finding one or even being able to buy one from someone who has. I know lots of people who lost lots of silver because of scamers myself included, Silver that would not have been lost if the game made the scrolls more readily available, through a specific quest, adventure or NPC. (i doubt the GM's would be able or willing to compensate those who have been ripped off)

Why the developers decided to make it so difficult to find them is beyond me, I was told by a GM that they are working on the scamming issue, however i highly doubt they will solve it in any way that will make people happy. likely just change the wording on the fighter skill that people are trying to cheese players with.

As i don't make pots or stones so i don't know if the issue with unavailable learning scrolls goes beyond scroll production. however It seems the general consensus is that their extreme scarcity is not a positive aspect of the game and combined with the scamming has made the issue around them very disenchanting.

u can get production skill scrolls from the pvp areas.

I hear T2 Vit Scrolls come from piggy bats and the T3 Vit Scrolls can come from thge battle grounds. I"m not very sure though.

Just to post, I can confirm that Tier 2 defense scrolls also drop from Piggy Bats...... that's where I got mine

on bijou we got already vit t2 and 4 and def t2 but i never heard or saw anything about speed :confused:

This I'm not sure about..... but the character I was using, did happen to be my scrollmaker with high enough skill to make all T2.

I found a T3 speed learning scroll. May even willing to trade it for a t2 vit learning scroll lol.
