ever hear of using horses, chariots, jeeps etcetera etcetera etcetera?
War is war and sparing is sparing. If you want to war then take it out of town if you wanna spar then find a place.

Did you know that most people in guilds wont agro in SB or FoT? Lots wont in FoM Or LS1. There are plenty of places to fight without agro and quite a few where your level is to high for the monsters to do much damage.

I do agree there needs to be different types of guilds.
Non Waring. Self explanatory.
Sparing. Both sides must agree.
Waring. get pawned any time any place.

in this type of stuff it's just impossible to control the behavior of people, even if you make rules..don't go crying to the GM or something, get stronger, and get revenge ;D

While I do not disagree with what is said, it is how it is stated. This is a flame against certain play styles, meaning unknowingly, you are flaming other players, and there are some spots of trolling. Please tone this down in the future.

While I do like that quote, passion does not involve calling others invalid or incapable, or calling them out because they do not desire to fight. They do so for specific reasons, and I sincerely doubt 24 hours a day you feel like fighting a Guild War.

Trolling is no official term, but is loosely to be believed in most minds to be such: Trolling is the act of purposefully antagonizing other people on the internet, generally on message boards.

And again, attacking their play style is attacking them indirectly. Because they choose to play in such a way. They may change, but that does not mean, because of your words, they should.

Not speaking for the guild I am in, just for me.
It matters not if I am the target of a war 24/7. The game allows it so it is part of the game ergo a part of in game life. People that don't want to war can always drop their guild and be added back when it's over or as I say join a non waring guild.

Only one of my afore mentioned scenarios I have personally witnessed and the unnamed person would not listen :mad: to me so I gave his location away to the "enemy" by whispering them and begged them to smash him out of town.:D
The others are just because I know humans will twist rules to start fights then back out.
As I reread this post I suppose that last statement can also be misconstrued as a flame against playing style.

During my last war the guild we were fighting would attack us then leave town. Eventually I got sick of this tactic and said all gloves off and hunted the little ******* down and killed them one for using an obivious exploit, and for being little jerks about the exploit, then they had the nerve to say "i'm reporting you for killing me out of town" well dont attack me then run out of town. If you saw the last war I was in you would change your mind. You would understand that that is not my mentality. Started out as all out war and turned into a friendly fist fight. And the one to run outta town, understood why chase was given. Unfortunately xp was lost and I didn't get the kill.
It was great! Nobody cried spawn killer. Heck I got dropped 4 times to spawn killing alone. I got dropped in the fist fight to. No healing.

One more thing...
Because you decided to truncate my statement I have to assume that you think you wont meet fantastic people and be a part of small (or big) community in non waring guilds.

:) Of course i would.

However you should understand also my point of wiev because i was rise in country who taste "beauty of war" far too much in history and i learn never treat war as something what can be fun.

I am not however a pacyfist and if come to FAIR for example 1v1 fight i will not run away(even if i will fight whit much higher as me lvl because there is no shame to lose in such fair duel) but if odds are against me (6v1) and because spawn kill i have no chance to defend myself then there is something wrong here dont you think?

I'll weigh in on the use of rides.

I use to them to catch runners. Why? I don't feel like running around for 20 minutes trying to catch them. I want them dead and I will use my ride to achieve this goal. :P

I come from a place in Detroit during a time when it was no safe for somebody of my tone to walk the street. I got suck if being jumped by multiples but eventually took it as a compliment, after all if it took three or more to take me on and several come out as messed up as me they where just being smart. They knew who would win one on one.
The ones that really @#$$ed me off where the ones that would show up out of nowhere, hit me with something then run.
One time a guy even started a fight with me then started screaming for the cops when he found out what he was in for.

My war goals are Put up a huluva fight, make jerks suffer and have fun doing it.

I don't see anything wrong with using movers. It's part of tactics. Like using speed scroll. I would totally use a speed scroll if I feel like I'm in a Hide-n-Seek mood. I personally feel that spawn killing is despicable though, especially if a whole group of people's waiting to KO you within a second of respawning.

But I have a problem with shroom killing, because I have a tendency to put our chars in shroom mode and afk for some period of time. I don't particularly like to come back to see that a war was declared and I unintentionally contributed a bunch of unfair points to the enemy just because I wasn't monitoring my char every minute of the time I'm technically ingame. And it'll just be stupid for me to quit my guild (which I joined for the people, not the warring and I use it like a second friend-list a lot) every single time I want to afk for longer than five minutes in town. I'm sure a handful of people feels the same as me.

But I do understand what you're saying that people would cheat their way around the unspoken rules.
