A bug, or just me?

Imma not sure about this one but... Is there a bug for putting lics on weapons?
I tried to put a harkan and vimpire bat lic on my weapon. And it keeps saying an unknow error has occured. Is it just me or is it there anyone else with this problem.

Either one of two tings is happening:

1.) Get off your mount. You can't add a license while on ANY type of a mount.

2.) Unequip the weapon first. Take it out of your hand and put it in your inventory before trying to move it to the license register box. You can not add a license to it if you don't.

Thank you, obviously I did not think to get off my little rider before I did so...
Even thou I realized this along time ago... I have bad memory.
