XTrap and system admin problems

As many of you, I am having issues moving from the login page to the actual game itself. However, my problem stems more from not having System admin access to the comp I'm playing from. My question is, is it absolutly necessary to run XTrap in order to play this game? I've invested, as many of you have, time and money into a game I truly enjoy and I don't want to think that because of a computer program associated with the game that I won't be able to play any longer.
If there is a possible solution to this issue I would appreciate a reply that could possibly help me out.
By the way, I was able to log in this morning and play without a problem. It wasn't untill after the patch that I ran into problems.

Yes, you will need to run the game with system privelidges as Xtrap needs them to scan your processes. That is most likely your problem specifically as you are actually getting the non-system admin error.

I have admin rights, but where do I get the patch from? The automatic loader within the launcher doesn't work. -_-

hey guys,
i am now one of the unlucky few that can no longer play fiesta due to the addition of X Trap. I dont know why outspark chose to go ahead and ruin the game as it was, thinking that X Trap will stop hackers and suck, IT WONT.

I have a limited NT account and im fine with that.
I would suggest that outspark release a patch to either remove x trap from fiesta or to find someway to accomodate for every persons situation and i would urge them to do it ASAP.

I and a group of friends all play fiesta and were fast climbing through the levels. We all now have the same problem and are all devastated at what has happened and are completely confused as to why outspark have done this knowing the consequence of it.

Why are they adding more security to the game when there are a truck load of bugs that need to be fixed.

The voice of the players is getting louder outspark, maybe it is time for you to actually listen.

While I agree for the most part to your flame (and well deserved to be honest) there is one thing that is unfortunately wrong with your post. If you look at the forums (and I mean take a really good look), you will notice that there are TONS of threads about taking care of the botters and gold spammers. While xtrap is really xcrap, they were attempting to take care of that issue for their valuable customers. So in all respects to Outspark, they were actually listening to the voice of the players. Sadly, they just chose the wrong solution to a particular problem.
