ok. i was partying in an area and one of my party members asked me if there was a way they could stop being a neophyte and go back to change into something else...it got my interest so i thought id ask someone who knew.

I like that. A direct answer.
And yes, it's impossible to change back. So when ur promoting, the NPC will ask you specificly that u CANNOT change back, but progress foward. Neo later can bocome scouts, (which i very popular) or a harder path to a deadly rogue.
