Return/Warp Scroll Issues

Hi. I am currently a level 35 neo, and it seems that neither my warp or return scrolls are working. I have tried relogging, making a new tracker spot, and a lot of other things, but it still doesn't work. They stopped working after the Solstice Survivor (All classes) Fight. I'm not sure how to fix it, and it's a pain having to walk all the time to the place I train.
