412: obsolete version detected! How do I fix?!

i keep getting this error login: 412:obsolete version detected. Please update your Outspark to the latest supported version in order to login! well i can't figure out how to do this, could someone help or explain this to me? I have tried uninstalling the game and redownloading it, but that did no good i continue to get the same error!! i really need help, please and thanks to all who help!

the 412 with a obsolete is actually 412: and then Obsolete, sorry for thodd typo

The manual download will not help. You need a fresh new version all together.

So.. unistall Fiesta. DL a new version (they do have a link available on the main page of this site) and go from there. :3

Ok I found the link where it says website and i log in and click on the download page.... but now nothing happens at all when i click the download button! Nothing at all! I enabled pop ups hoping that would solve my problem but it didnt. So, now what do i do??
Oh yea when i click the download part it just keeps sorta refreshing the page thats the best way to describe it.:mad::confused::rolleyes::(:eek:

I'm having this same issue. I have two computers connected over a LAN. The first computer works with the download from the website, the second computer is giving me the message 412: obsolete version...etc. The thing is, it is the SAME download, transferred over the LAN!

I also tried re-downloading it, and it says the same thing.

I hope that this clarifies the problem a little more. Thanks.

P.S. sorry if this is the wrong place to post this problem. It was the first thread I found on the problem. If there is an answer in another place, please point me to it. Thank you.

My brother (the person I'm trying to set the game up for) Found another topic related to this somewhere. Something about 64-bit? I'll see if he can find that topic again so that I can post it, but if you know the answer to this problem please let me know. The other topic didn't seem to have an answer that worked.

Im think Im done. I went to the website link to try to download it again but keep getting this message that says I have an obsolete version. Dont know why this is happening and where to get the NEWEST version.

if you're using windows vista and have changed your compatibility setting, this may cause the error mentioned. changing the setting back, or disabling compatibility fixed it for me.

Yah ive had the same issue ive tried downloading it again and it doesnt work and with the error 412: I dont know! i just want to play. I also have a windows 64x bit processor. If anyone can help i would so thank you!!

It looks like you may be having an issue with your Operating System. As of now, all Outspark.com games are designed for Windows XP and are not recommended for play on any other Operating System. However, if you are using Windows Vista or Windows XP64, then I have a list of steps that may help:

1. Right click the game icon
2. Select Properties
3. Select the Compatibility Tab
4. Select Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
5. Click Apply
6. Reattempt to run the game with the Outspark Launcher

Another recommendation for all of you who are encountering this issue is to uninstall and reinstall. Please be aware that there are many Windows Vista/XP64 users who do not have this issue including staff members here at Outspark. Many users have reported that they have to keep trying to update the patch, but it eventually will work. I do apologize for this inconvenience but I assure you that we are looking into the matter and will be working towards an official resolution hopefully soon.

Change to 32-bits. Currently, outspark is not designed to work with 64 bits. To change from one to the other, try this:

nother recommendation that I have is to uninstall and reinstall the entire game into the default folder path. Your operating system may be having trouble emulating the game in its native 32-bit platform and can only do so with it properly installed in the default directory. Here is how to reinstall Fiesta:

1. Click Start
2. Go to Settings (If using Class Start Menu)
3. Click Control Panel
4. Double Click the “Add or Remove Programs” icon
5. Scroll down the list until you find “Fiesta”
6. Click “Change/Remove”

Once you have finished uninstalling the game client, you will need to re-download it.
