He's supposed to have a quest for you at Lv. 13 the only problem is he tells you to come back when you're Lv. 13 no matter what level you might be like me I'm Lv. 15 but he still says come back when you're Lv. 13.

a lot of quests are bugged like that (pirates etc). just come back 10lvls later and check, if not yet then check after another 10lvls. a lot of these become available when you get to some higher lvl then stated in the text.

I am doing that delivering letter quest. i can't fisnih it zZZz. i m doing the candyvault regular report and delivering letter quest 2gethe then it got prob alidi, coz i talkin to the guard i get a weopen order but he need to talk to me 1st only can cont the quest but the candy vault report quest make the delivering letter quest gone!:eek:!!
