Cant learn recipe:sp tier 1 scroll

I cant learn my tier scroll to make sp potions. It says "selected production skill can not be learned."

Well, is potion production one of your two chosen alchemy skills? If you don't know what I"m talking about, go to the Skills menu-->Alchemy. There should be a window that pops up with all the different alchemy groups. You can only choose two, but after you choose, then you can learn any skill from those groups (not any other groups, mind) so long as your skill level is high enough.
