Purchasing SparkCash and In-Game Items

Hello Outspark Players,

The following is a simple guide for purchasing SparkCash for use in the Secret of the Solstice Store.

Q: What is SparkCash?
A: SparkCash is used to purchase premium items in Outspark games and it's very easy to get.

SparkCash can currently be purchased using either PayPal or Pay By Cash via the following steps:

Step 1: Make sure you are logged in to your Outspark account.

Step 2: Visit the SparkCash (https://payment.outspark.com/charge) section of Outspark.com.

Step 3: Choose the amount of SparkCash you would like to purchase:

3,500 ($5)
7,000 ($10)
14,000 ($20)
35,000 ($50)

Step 4: Select a payment option. For PayPal: You must sign in to your PayPal account or create one (signup is free). You will then be taken to a page with detailed information about the transaction. If all information looks correct, click the "Pay Now" button.

For Pay By Cash: select PayByCash and choose your payment method. In the U.S., PayByCash currently accepts money in the following formats:

*Cash (through the mail) - US Dollars

*e-Gold [ + $1.00 US Dollars ]
*Money Order or Cashiers Check by Mail
*WebMoney Transfer
*Print&Pay
*TravelersExpress MoneyGram

Once you select a payment method, you will be prompted to enter appropriate information. Be sure to follow the directions accordingly. Be sure to keep a printout of the transaction for your records.

NOTE: please be aware that if you send money through the mail (US Dollars, Money Order or Cashiers Check), it may take between 5 and 7 days for the transaction to process.

Once the transaction has successfully completed, SparkCash will appear in your account. You will then be able to purchase items from the Solstice Store. Please be aware that SparkCash may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. If after 24 hours you have still not received your SparkCash, please notify Outspark Support via support.outspark.com (http://support.outspark.com).

Purchasing items with SparkCash

Web Store

- Login to store.outspark.com/solstice and add your desired items to your shopping cart.
- Check out and enter your password to complete the transaction.
- Login to Secret of the Solstice.
- Select the character you wish to give your items to.
- Open your inventory [Alt + E]
- Click on the Shopping Cart icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
- In the Cart window, select the item you want to put on your character and double click it.
- Select yes from within the pop-up window.
- Double click on an item to activate it.

In Game Store

- Click on Shop icon in the bottom right of your screen. [ALT + C]
- Login to the store
- Add your desired items to cart.
- Checkout and input your password to complete the transaction.
- Close the store and your cart window should pop-up

- Open your inventory [Alt + E]
- Click on the Shopping Cart icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
- In the Cart window select the item you want to put on your character and double click it.
- Select yes at pop-up window.
- Double click on an item to activate it.
