The reward was 5 gold lumps, a few miscellaneous things and the Blue Menian costume set (adds 5% crit for 15 days). He was in Vine Tomb.

Congratulations on finding Dakkon! It's too bad that I'm never home whenever these events are scheduled... I'm stuck at a library until 6:00 P.M., and that's an hour after the next two upcoming plans.

Congrats. However, Dakkon broke his own rules. He was hiding in Vine Tomb yet Vine Tomb isn't on the list of maps he would be hiding in. Not that I care I didn't even bother to go looking, nor will I bother with the next 2 events, items obtained aren't worth the trouble.
