That's a yes, think so. No one has changed yet to my knowledge, so no one can tell for sure. And unless someone can quote a GM on it, they are just speculating.

i would count on it, but its a possibility that they wont be... theres a guy in the starting town that says he does do stat resets though. maybe check that out
