which is better? held nid good advice

i was reading a lot of threads about builds for neo and was planning to make one
just want to know which is a better investment pow or men, nid help in making my decision.

you only really need pow to equip shields (and for extra weight limit if you need it)...I'd say men is better because it increases your critical hit rate and accuracy...

My thoughts: go pure AGI till 70+ (more dmg, and lowering attack time really boosts DPS, more skill crits, and dodge boosts defence) maybe then consider other secondary stat, chuck in 12 men for skill speed. oh yeah, and the min POW for your shield.

pow increase your dmg btw you can add some although i add just enough to get the shield. other ppl seem to be concentrating on men for crit and skill speed.

im only lv42 and add 5 sta (the extra point coming from a mistake i was half asleep or so) 6pow and the rest is to agi

so some ppl say that men increase crit rate dramaticly but since im going for aspd atm so i wont be able to confirm that even there seem to be several ppl adding point to men.

if i were to point out pow would be useful in the case that you want a fix amount of dmg over time while on the other hand men for a random extra dmg. (like high def and a high dodge rate ppl with high def can tell us almost exactly how many monster they fight before resting while high dodge rate wont tell you anything it base on luck after all)

if i were to add ill probably go with pow but just to let you know i have no clue how critical work in this game. my skill do normal dmg around 220 while with cri it does 270 or so. base on those number i have no clue what does the critical does or how it work. (ignore def? or increase the dmg by some amount of percentage or increase your atk by some amount or so???). Well, as far as the myth go ill just wait till someone figure it out meanwhile ill go with the agi since im pretty sure that you wont mess up with adding more agi atm.

Normal attack that crits are almost double damage. A skill that crits adds like 15% or so... So skill crits aint worth it. That's why people add Men.

And if you're going for a speed build, add Men, not agi. You will spam skills more than you normal attack, and Men lowers your skill casting time.

so how fast does men increase the skill casting speed can you provide some sort of a chart like 5 men increases like .5 sec or something like that. btw tnx for the advices really helpful :)
