What is, and where do you find alchemy stones for material decomposition. thought it would be in mining copper but can't find any.

Example: From tier 2 materials to teir 1 materials.

You can find the needed Alchemy stones in Elderine which can be bought with fame points from Nina. You can also purchase them from players whom sell them.
