I have to say that watching this video was really heart warming... I honestly felt warm and fuzzy :P I can't really put into words how great it felt while viewing it. I'm just so happy that this community is so incredibly solid and friendly. I honestly have never been in a place where I felt like everyone could be themselves, and feel so comfortable and at home. Thank you Centrix for yet another awesome video, I truly loved this one.

I only used pictures people posted in public threads such as "Official IRL pic thread" in both Fiesta and SoS forums :)

I can see that nobody here really cares, however the next time you should request permission to post a personal picture on another site.

Actually, any information that you put on the internet on a public forum or service is considered published in the public domain. Any privacy advocate would not be able to argue the case for one strong and compelling reason: you have no reasonable expectation of privacy by posting personal information in a public place. It is the same reason I can legally go through your garbage cans if you put them on a public street (so can the police btw), and it is also the same reason why I can legally take the picture of, or video, anyone walking on a public way. You give up any reasonable right to the privacy of any information you willingly divulge in a public way on the internet, and as of yet no one has ever argued successfully in court that any business who runs a forum, bulletin, newsgroup or bbs has the obligation to ensure the privacy of the information "posted" by its users (the key word being 'posted', they are required to keep any personal information divulged 'only to them', on a service basis, confidential).
Also, to sue someone over said privacy issues you would have to prove damages, and since the video is in no way profiting from the people who are in it, no damages could be collected. The only other legal ramifications left are libel, and I highly doubt that anyone could argue that the video is libelous, and even then, would have to prove damages in some way.

You are in the United States of America, right? This is the place where people sue for no apparent reason and miraculously win. There is nothing more safe than taking everything to the max level of safety precautions. Why risk what may potentially be a threat to someone when you can just simply ask? This topic could be argued over and over with no ends. I have left my point and if anyone wants to object, that's fine. But I am done here.
