Do you have to Be a certain race to be a certain job?

What I'm mean is do you have to be an elf to be an archer or a human to be a warrior. (hope this is in the right fourm)

Your race is decided when you chose a class It goes kinda like this: Cleric=human Warrior=human*acher=Elf mage=dark elf*did you get an invite?*

That's how it's SUPPOSED to go, but they like didn't implement it in Fiesta.
