Need New Sig

I need a new sig and I'm a noob at making them( see below XD ). I'm so noobish at making sigs I don't know anything bout making sigs. SO can any1 help me? If you can i would like these specs:

Picture: Anime Girl playing guitar
Words: GuitarGirl Level 4x Totentanz Admin
Colors: Preferably Red or black

I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 because it came in the software bundle along with my Wacom Graphire 4x5 tablet. One day I will get a hold of Photoshop CS...then no one will be able to stop me, mwuahaha.
