OK so the gm mentioned that other guilds interferring with other guilds training during war would be considered of bad taste. In this case it was of the worse, As my guild was warred-reason being that we were in someone elses spot, I have come across alot of issues with other guilds but none to the extent where one part of a map is owned by another char/chars, and are actually warred for grinding near another person/party. When in asking what was the problem the char pictured,.. Reni replied- "I told u not to take mob from our spot a hole"- but since i did not catch a screen shot i suppose it doesnt matter, but the screenshots i do have clearly show that while my party is training we are being backstabbed. I dont know... would be nice to hear what everyone else thinks about this, I like to think we can make a better fiesta inviroment

KSing and unwanted trainning are punishable offenses. Screen shots showing these violations will result in immediate action. Should you have any questions or conerns you are more then welcomed to PM about this.

I dont get it. Some members of Collision think that they can do anything just becasue their higher level then most people.

I saw a certain member of Collision Ksin on purpose, casue when they told him to stop all he said "It's not like you'll be able to kill the Orc". I wish I would have gotten the screenie...He even warred my bro becasue he was attacking mobs in the same area he was training in.

GoR DARKCROSS did that to me and my party yesterday, KSing and claiming they owned the spot I mean. They didn't war though because I left the guild because I stood up for myself. He didn't like that I stood up for myself.

Now ok no place is 1's spot people think they own the area when they do not. They r just being selfish. When theyre fighting if they ksed u whatever they fight u KS them back ok. I did it and they never came back now i share my spot with evry1 that wants to come in we were warred for the land and we won then our gm picked me for it then i took it over and banished them for 5 months letted everyone else in plus any1 is welcome now by gc gate at cp.

the problem with people warring because someone else is in "their" training area has been an ongoing thing. yes, if a party is in a small area and clearing out monsters they've sorta claimed it (the maps are big, find another place or go off to the side a bit). but it *is* possible to share a spot. but people are selfish in game as in real life. *shrug*

There is no area on any map that belongs to any player - period. Nor shall war be waged against any other guild over territory.

Granted, if you see someone in an area killing mobs, it is respectful to give them some room and stay out of their way, don't KS, etc. It is possible they are there for AOE training, pulling large groups of mobs, etc. but still, no matter who was there first, no one has the right to claim a territory as their own private hunting ground.

Please view Dakkon's thread Guild War Rules And Guidelines (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38950). You will see that warring for reasons such as these have potentially heavy penalties to both individual guild members and the guild as a whole.

If you see a group taking on mobs, find another area out of respect and to avoid “accidental” training. If a group moves into an area you are already engaged in and demands, for any reason, your group leaves or engages in KSing for any reason, screenshot it and report it to Dakkon and the matter will be resolved.

I usually solo and i dont have these kind of problems .. but the main problem i am seing is just not a spot; it is ok if you are in a spot and killing the mobs that spawns there (which are what? 3 to 6 perhaps). Problem is that people now are claiming their spots entire areas of a map; someone mounts and go around to half the map getting all the mobs and doing AOE on 15 trumpys; while i dont even care how many mobs they can handle ... calling half a map your spot cause you go mounting around to do AOE is not right.

I am not saying that's what happened to Deveous .. i am just saying my opinions on the whole spot thing :).

one thing that also annoys me is the herb spot in AEW. People are always these are my herbs and my monsters go away. i was there once and because i was being lvled with one of my higher guildmates i was called a noob. If u notice my characters i am sure i am not a noob. Anyway while i was mining an herb someone with the gathering pack started to mine everything i was and said u need to pick faster. Well that is concidered KS'ing. And if the monster wasn't attackign u and u werent attacking it, it isnt' ks. People also say if u hold the spot then leave. Well i have somthing u should learn, RESPECT
