Hi im new here and im tring to download the game but i didnt get my e-mail and i verified it as right but i dont have it help

Did u make sure ur email was typed correctly eg. Capital letters etc.

yes everything is correct but i just don't have it i even clicked re-send

have you checked your junk mail folder?

most email have an inbox and a spam/suspect/junk folder

A lot of us are having the same problem, I guess all we can do for now is hang out on the forums and wait for it to be fixed~
