Invite a Friend help

I didn't realize that you could "Invite a Friend" to outspark. He just signed up a few minutes ago and then I saw the invite a friend. Is there anyway he can like delete the acct and then I can "invite him." Or is it just to tell people?

Just to tell people. it is only a invite to the forums and registration for a chance at CB. It is not a invite directly into CB.
