The home for this alliance is http://forum.neutralityguild.org (Neutrality Guild Alliance) This is simply a forum site for the guilds and members involved, as well as any friends or those with issues regarding any of these guilds or their members. Recruitment for all 4 guilds will be done through the Neutrality guild forums.
