I suggest that we start a black list of people that should be never added to a guild and watched out for because of reasons such as an avid bot, Repeated KSer, Trainers, and just all around pain in the necks. This list could aid in ensuring that guilds don't pick up shady people who will only harm the guild he or she is in. I think this black list will be very useful we can check it and make sure that nobody we have is one of these hated ks, item stealing, botter, pain in the necks that we all hate. So leave feedback on this topic and maybe start our own forum blacklist. Nothing is worse than adding a member who just gets your guild into wars and ruins your reputation.
Thanks a lot.

Black lists I believe are against the rules. If not they are not like not matter how much one believes they are. They can easily be used to spread rumors and such.

thats just what it is a rumor, and i dont see why saying hey this guy is a kser watch him, i dont see why that would be against the rule, just looking out for others. it is up to you to believe rumors and judge others you dont have to believe it.
Edit...
AND maybe a screen shot would crush the rumors?

It is just that from other games I have played this is against the rules. Rumors aren't nice to spread you know. Ask your friendly disney character Thumper ;D
If you can't say anything nice at all don't say it at all." (Very old I know) ^^
I know you may feel it is good to let others know and such, but if you dislike a bot/scammer/gold seller/kill stealer/trainer wouldn't it be better to message a GM?
I shall pursue this no longer.

I believe that a blacklist would be unfair to other players because you're pretty much throwing attention on them and that would ruin their gameplay as well as their friends despite their inappropriate behavior.

well have you been to vine tomb, or collapsed prison lol or moonlight tomb, fact is bots arent stopped, ksing is out of control and people just dont seem to care, really its pretty old, jsut today in CP i had about 20 trains on me, i just think maybe take a pic after asking nicely for the person to stop and they keep doing it would be nice, really if i have to solo another train and waste 15 stones im just going to scream lol... what good is reporting, i am yet to hear of any banned cases because of a Ks or train or even bot, the same bot i have seen in Vine Tomb for a week, when does that "player" sleep? i don't know, you find that out for me and you all who have been to vine tomb know who i am talking about, seriously, picture, warning (this character is a kser has been warned wont stop) maybe that might be away to get the attention of those ever so busy gm's and csr's.

even to not ensure this happens to nobody in guilds, but to improve the gameplay of fiesta and control the ever expanding bot population, just waiting for the day a bot parks itself in my spot in CP and kses me for the next 3 weeks until their computer crashes from the crazy processing this game uses up lol

I agree that bots can be annoying as I have encountered countless bots since the start of the server. They're fun to toy with though and to get them banned, I believe you just have to screenshot it to a GM or CSR or something. However, notorious non-bot ksers and other inappropriate behavior are noted within the server and it spreads through word of mouth. But I still think that we should respect their gameplay because they are human like we are but like humans, we all make mistakes and want to achieve our goals.

Putting anyone on a blacklist could potentially ruin them forever. Everyone will think of them as "that guy that was on the blacklist", and will avoid him, whether he has changed or not. Also this makes people on the list want to be rude to see what you will do next, and it will escalate until someone higher up puts a stop to it all, and you won't want that I am sure. I beg you now, please don't start this, it can't lead anywhere good?

Dolly is correct. I apologize for your misunderstanding of the Terms of Service. Putting down a list of players that should be hated would be considered harassment and is not allowed.
However, a suggestion would be to put names of characters and their servers with the previous guilds that they have been in. That way, if someone would like to add them, they can contact a previous guild leader and question the person's behavior.

then let start from red listing characters if they still doing their bad ways while playing the game..add another punishment and turn them into black listers...
still if their doing some dirty tricks again..ban their characters or jail them for a certain period of time..
what do you think about that?...
(sorry japanese speaking, still studying english)just spitting my opinion..
