Just run it to the lady on the east and run it back to the guy you got it from. Follow the road south as soon as your enter the gate.

if you insist on doing it.. it'll be better to do it in Essene..
they're closer..
less people around too..

just push alt + q and choose the quest, then delete it and re accept it.
