Erm, I'm not exactly sure stat-wise, but I know that any neophyte +1 shoes and rapid step will increase your movement rate. ^^

no stat increases movement rate.
the effect of a stat are greyed, you might notice that movement rate doesn't get greyed from any stat. therefore rapid step, and equip is the only way to increase movement rate. possibly when you upgrade class to rogue you'll also get increased movement rate

The only way to increase Movements Rate is +Shoes, +Movement equips like Wolf Tail and class upgrades.

Agi does NOT increase Movement Rate.
