Ok. This is a free game, first of all we need to tks to all those support e develop this worderfull masterpiece.

king_prince is the second user (that I see!) that confirms its account but have cadastred before me and a lot of people. If we need to pay for it, no problem, just donīt let we with false hopes. I still believe this a bug, if no one can confirm, ok. But with new users before get his mails before we, I think that now we all need an explanation. We al are waiting for several time, to see someone /jumping/ the order is no good for your reputation, Outspark.

One more time, if it is need to pay for play, please just say it, donīt leave your dear customers here with nothing.

Otherwise, I will start to think that is something very very wrong here.

On wait of an answer by the Outspark staff.

I sincerely apologize for being unable to log in. I have manually verified your registered accounts and information. Your access for both Fiesta and Secret of the Solstice are now activated, and you should now be able to begin your adventures!

Hmmm, could be that the emails is still not working and CSR_Cretz just has a.... ahem load of accounts to activate. =)

I can believe hes is extremely busy. But maybe they should get a few staff members to solve this problem. Though not extremely serious but there is a chance of them loosing alot of dedicated players by having this problem.
I am in the same boat and have not recieved my confirmation email and have waited a few days already. I believe they should post this as an issue on the main page and worry a little more about this situation.

It's very concerning to see such a huge problem go unfixed for so long... what if this sort of thing happens in game?

Well, I can not speak for the GM's, but I have known them to always be on top of things. Even now I suspect they are working on it, just havn't found the problem or figured out how to fix it. And they can't have every GM working on it because they still have to have Events running, game playing smoothly, deleteing bots or spammers, reworking code, and all the random suff that goes into running a game this big. I'm really sorry for you who can't log in. I can say though that when they fix something, they fix it. If one thing goes wrong, when they eventually get around to fixing it (which usually doesn't take them that long), it stays fixed. =)
