magic burst 1. how do you get it?

i have no clue how to get magic burst 1. the skill master in roumen doesn't sell it, and the skill master in elderine sells magic burst 2. does anyone have any idea how to get it?

you get it as a quest reward from the mage master in elderine(can't remember her name) the quest is about getting her a new spell. Or you can buy it with fame from the merchant in elderine

you can also get it from item merchant nina for fame (i think) but don't buy because you can get it from quest
