Im a mighty level 42 squire myself and i find my self training either one screen north of candy vault or 2 screens north of essene. I get insane xp... like 1% a minute!

Yea I level really well at Mystra Basin to

um dre here at lvl 42 i was killing star bears so go to luan basin or 1 map north of candyvault or u can do south candy vault

Pfft.. I trained at Mystra Hill until level 45 and I found it okay experience o.o
