While I don't condone swearing and cursing people, I actually had the same problem. I input all my info, and waited for the confirmation e-mail but it never came. So I tried to get it resent like 5-10 times and it never got sent. So I sent an e-mail to the help guys, and after a couple weeks, all of a sudden I had access, so I'm assuming the help guys used the fact that I sent an e-mail to clear me through that process (though I actually don't know if thats what happened for a fact).
