Pow or Agi rogue/neo?

ok I've been thinking
what would be a better rogue all out i mean
a pow based rogue or an agi based rogue
ive been looking at what stat does when added in agi and it does in Pow
heres my theory
Agi = (movement speed and small amount of attack)dodge?
Pow=(Attack +?)

but what would be best to do for for rogue or neo...

i did read them but.... it is really common to use agi based rogues. Has anyone actually used pow based rogues?
how can u tell that Agi builds are the best if you havent tried the pow build?

They were tried in CB. And they failed, from what I've read.

I mean, think about it - AGI defines Neophytes. ._. It's definitely the best Stat for our class.

im not realy saying that it has to be pure pow. i mean the base would be pow
like 5 agi and 5 sta and rest on pow?

i think creating this build would just really affect the atack speed and just add damage?
not unless rogue skills damage deppend on agi?
