Might as well add it here, since I started it on solsticeplayer. If you have anything you wish to complement here, PM me or post it here. Note: Have access to the skill yourself, can't use second hand information here. Spell correctly so I won't make any mistakes when I edit.

Apprentice.

~~Mindbuster~~
Level Aquisition- Level 16.

Mana cost: 7 MP.

Description: "Amplify magic to attack target."

Upgrades-
Mastery: Level 16.

Cool Down: None.

Effect: None.

Additional Note: Ranged attack. You get one book for free when you change to the Apprentice-class. Can't be used inside town.(Was available during Spawn City in Closed Beta.)

~~Magic Ice~~
Level Aquisition- Level 16.

Mana cost:
Level 1: 9 mp.
Level 2: 13mp.

Upgrades:
1st grade: Level 16.
2nd grade: Level 36.
3rd grade: Level 56.
4th grade: Level 76.
5th grade: Level 96.
6th grade: Level 116.
Mastery: Level 136.

Description: "Draw a pentacle to collect moisture form land and freeze the target and lower target's movement speed."

Cool Down: 4 Seconds.

Effect: Slows down the target to a crawl. Level 2: Slows down the target even more. Chills the target for 6 seconds.

Additional Note: Ranged attack. Does damage upon impact besides the chill-effect.

You get one book of this for free when you change into the Apprentice-class. The effect is still on even when the damage might not register or miss.

~~Magic Thunder~~
Level Aquisition- Level 21.

Mana cost: Lv 1: 8mp, lv 2: 12mp

Description: "Draw a pentacle and summon a thunderbolt to attack the target."

Upgrades:
2nd grade: Level 41.
Mastery: Level 61.

Cool Down: None

Effect: None.

Additional Note: Ranged attack.

~~Clear Magic~~
Level Aquisition- 26.

Mana cost: Lv 1 11 Mana points. Mastery: 7Mp(Have to check this today)

Description: "Remove target's debuff including immobilisation, movement speed decrease, movement disable, etc..."

Upgrades:
1st grade: Level 26.
Mastery: Level 46.

Cool Down: None.

Effect: It does in other words remove harmful buffs that classifies as magic. Right-click on the antibuff to see if it's magical or not.

Additional Note: Can be used inside town at any time.

~~Magic Shield~~
Level Aquisition- 31.

Mana cost: 12 mana points

Description: "Collect mana from the atmosphere to cast a shield that transfers damages into mp 7 times for certain time."

Upgrades:
1st grade: Level 31.
2nd grade: Level 51.
3rd grade: Level 71.
4th grade: Level 91.
5th grade: Level 111.
Mastery: Level 131.

Cool Down: Seconds.

Effect: Makes your MP the target instead of hp for maximum of seven hits per 3 minutes buff. When either of those are fulfilled, it must be reapplied.

Additional Note: Requires a Magical Tonic(Bought at the general store) each time when casted. You need to refill your mana if the hit may exceed your remaining MP.

~~Magic Poison~~
Level Aquisition- 36.

Mana cost:
Level 1: 12 mana points.

Description: "Draw a pentacle and collect venom from the atmosphere to damage the enemy by the poison."

Upgrades:
1st grade: Level 36.
2rd grade: 61.
3rd grade: Level 86.
4th grade: Level 111.
Mastery: Level 136.

Cool Down: 4 Seconds.

Effect: Poisons the target over time.

Additional Note: The effect may not kill a target. Initially upon impact the Magic Poison does damage besides poison.(Which can kill a target.)

~~Magic Fire~~
Level Aquisition- 46.

Mana cost:
Level 1 13mp.

Description: "Draw a pentacle and summon a sphere of fire to attack the enemy."

Upgrades:
1st grade: Level 46.
2nd grade: 71.
3rd grade: 96.
4rg grade: 121.
Mastery: 146.

Cool Down: None.

Effect: None.

Additional Note: Ranged attack.

~~Concentration~~
Level Aquisition- 51.

Mana cost:

Description: "Increase concentration by fousing on attacking the target."

Upgrades:

Mastery: Level 51.

Cool Down:

Effect: Increases critical rate by 100%. Works for 3 Minutes. (?)

Additional Note: Requires a Concentration Tonic(Bought at the general store) per useage.

~~Lightening~~
Level Aquisition- 56.

Mana cost:

Description: "Draw a pentacle and summon a thunderbolt to attack enemies within the range."

Upgrades:
1st grade: Level 56.
2nd grade: Level 81.
3rd grade: Level 106.
Mastery: Level 131.

Cool Down: None. (?)

Effect: Hits multiple opponents.

Additional Note: Skill Book retailer says it's for Mages and above, even if it says For Apprentice as well on the Apprentice skill books.(Need help here on if if it only hits targets around you, or if it can be used freely on any area with targets. )

~~Arrest~~
Level Aquisition- 61.

Mana cost:

Description: "Seal the target for a certain period. The seal is broken only whenbuff time is over, or when Unsettle is casted.".

Upgrades:

Mastery: Level 61.

Cool Down:

Effect: Opponent can't move for a set amount of time.

Additional Note: Can't be used twice on the same target. Can't be broken without "Unsettle", or time's up. (Need feedback on this.)

To upgrade your skills you need to find the level 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or even mastery books from monster drops. Or someone might sell one to you.

What type of monsters do we have to fight? o.o coz so far... I've only been able to get books drops for warrior classes... >.<

hmm....u have to explore different places to achieve wot u desire lol....have to try ure luck somehow...but if u do get other types of books ^^ do wotever u wanna do to them lol

No specific monsters, only fight on higher level maps to find upgrades. Like in Beltarannin you can find some, Eir, Candy Vault, Jotunnheim and so on.

Seems like I have to make a FAQs when I reach level 51 for peps. ^_^'

Come on people, we need more specs on several skills. We have enough Mages to fill in on the Level 66+ skills now. ^_^'

I wonder why a new skill list has been made..... well, anyways, since i like this one, ill revive it.
Oh and frost ( lv 66 ) is a small aoe skill that ices all enemeys around you.
Their mouvement is reduced to 0 but it only stays for 6 to 8 sec. Mp cost: 35 or 36 i forgot sience i havent played for a while^^.

Will do a minor update tomorrow along with the other guide now when I have time.

Any cooldown effect applied to the aoe, like a second or something silly?

oh i forgot:D
12 sec cooldown(frost )
and i think its 23 sec cooldown for mgc beam.
at least thats what i heard from magius cdar
