Requirements-

Im lvl 45 at the moment so right now you have to be 35 plus thats really it in terms of requirments. Of course when guild come it will be lvl 51 plus.

now time for the part about the leaders. Sice im only lvl 45 i will not the full leader. Instead at our first meeting we will all elect people that applied to run you must be lvl 55 plus to run. I will take place as the leaders advisor.

Another part the leadership portion is the council of elders. This is basically a senate that runs the keys points of the guild. There will 1 rouge elder, 1 aco elder and so on. I will personally choose the elders

I have not yet decided where to have the first meetings but i am open to suggestions. Basically we will just go over what is happining In Sparta. The first meeting will be the elctions and time will be given when we have more members

This is the cool part each player will be permantly assianged to a group of 4 to 6 people based on there lvl.

With the squads there will be 3 8 player elite squads. These are our guild highest lvl player and one gourp will be the council of elders and the leader i will not be in an elite squad unless it is neccecary.

LOL, 12 of his 14 posts were made announcing this. One large post is enough to describe something.

That sounds like a lot of bureaucracy. Like you're trying to organize a huge organization, with nobody in it. Do you want to make yourself feel special by organizeing this?

I think I’ll just stick to leveling with my friends for the time being, thank you very much.


Edit: It’d also look a lot better if you’d use proper class names.
E.g. use Neophyte, Apprentice, Squire, Acolyte, Templar and Scout
instead of Rouge, mage, fighter, aco, templar, archer.
