Ah yes I too used to have that problem. I think I "fixed" it by rooting through the old downloads of patches. Inside Vista is a store where most downloaded zip folders and other compressed formats are kept. You know how when successfully updating little programs run? Well they do and these can "kickstart" Fiesta into getting more updates, fixing the problem. (looks for directory) ... (says "Aha!") On Vista the patches, zips etc. are stored in:
(C:\Users\INSERT YO' USERNAME HERE\AppData\Local\Temp)
From there have a quick look at the folders and you'll find stuff along the lines of "Fiesta.Patch.66-69.7z.(numbers).dir". These should contain .exe files which, when run, will install the patch, get any other patches and hopefully kickstart Fiesta. If that doesn't work, try the "Launcher.Patch..." folder's .exe and if it still ain't working, download fiesta again, then do the Patch.exe thing.
