im soon to be a scout, and i was wonder what i needed to do for the quest. Do i need demon bloods like the 66 quest or something else. I would like to know so i can gather the things necessary so i don't have to waste time when im 45 to become a scout =D

All you need is the rogue anklet (I think), the entire armor of flash set, and the dagger for that set. There's a typo that says you need the armor of light, but it really means armor of flash.
The entire armor of flash set cannot have any APs or cannot be +1/+2/etc. So pretty much all you have to do is buy the set from the shop.
