+1 Equips are dropped by mobs, but there's no specific creature that drops a specific piece of equip, all the mobs of a certain lvl (most mobs on a map are of similar lvl) will drop any of the equips of a particular set for any class, so if you’re looking for the lvl 3X set of flame for your aco and found a map where the mobs dropped the equivalent lvl equip for another class, that’s the map where you can find your equip, but actually finding the equips for your class and them being actually +1 can be quite hard. Overall, it’s better to just buy them. Also, mobs usually will drop the sets of a few lvls below them, so if you’re around lvl 30 and fight mobs that are white to you, they will probably drop the set of spirit (lvl 22~25 set), which means that getting your +1 equip while soloing is pretty much impossible for an acolyte.
