tell me if this idea is good or not
how about when clicking on players it should show there lvl
im a cleric and im not 47 yet and i am aske almost eveyday to giv someone a buff
this isnt irritating but i want them to know my lvl so they dont ask
wen need to be able to see wat lvl players are without inviting them in a party
it is good to know
so wat do u guys think????

That would be great. I bet the devs have thought of this already, but are probably having difficulties with programming it into the game.

It would be a great idea, however most newer players do not read the Outspark announcements and don't know about the new updates. So a lot of people will keep asking you for buffs :) But I think it will slightly reduce the amount of people that will :D
It's a great idea for other purposes too (guildwars, PvP when it gets released, etc)

Great idea, and I agree we need it but at the same time think of it from another angle. Once your 47 or higher you better start charging for buffs...lol Otherwise alot of lower lvls will be asking daily. I will buff them if their ally guild or a friend. Otherwise how does 500c a buff sound? :P

500c for buff like that...?? ROFL
low lvl won't have it, hehe....
my oppinion... you guys make a demonstration or something and say:
"WE CLERICS HAVE OUR OWN FREEDOM"
"We'll help but don't force us"
(I'm not a cleric anyway but.... a fighter always needs a cleric so i know what they feel too... well... LOL)

Higher lvls usually hang in places that lower lvls would not be, but at the same time you could take it upon yourself to go visit Elderine? Full of 20's wanting to be your level and would have 500c a few times over. Plus given how many non-legit players buy silver and gold online? They have money burning and are willing to spend it and buy w/e helps their character to get higher level as fast as possible.

Hmm you could also add an inspect option to see what gear the player is using

I dont think I will ever get back on my cleric character but if I do and reach 47, I was planning on buffing the ones who DONT bug me and ignore or charge the ones who do bug me...:D

Judging by your level, you are indeed under level 40 to begin with.
You would think people would identify your level via the equipment you use.
I can tell whether are over level 47 or not by their max hp...

I actually believe that some of the clerics are doing just that.
I myself tend to play my fighter mostly. Saturday evening I was in Elderine I turned my head for a second to see something on TV and when I looked back at the screen I had been buffed. For almost 4 hours I somehow got buffed from kind clerics passing buy. at NO time had I asked, begged, or been a pest for buffs, but when I needed them, there they were.

but it would get annoying

look at there armor, if they got lvl 48 cleric pants you should ask them for abuff instead of someone who has lvl 40 cleric armor only...
