For me, i would add most of my points into power and i would add some points into sta and agi once in a while every fifth and tenth lv

To make life easier for you, add only POW into sonewhere your 40s for basic attack power, save up some for WIS when you are about to get Blazing. After that think about if you will go pure POW, POW+AGI, POW+MEN, POW+STA or a mix of them.

Well in the end you're going to inevitably be a high damage tank since the only job change available is to go knight, and they're main focus is on attacking in AoE, damage and high health. You might be able to make a decent fighter with agi for a little while, but in the long run its affects are going to detiorate as you go along and fight stronger monsters, and eventually you're going to be wishing you put those stats from agi into pow or sta. Agi, for a fighter, is if you want to solo more often and level up a bit faster, however, like I said, in the long run it'll do you no good. If you put too many points into agi then you'll be sacrificing points into Pow/sta for something that'll only last a while.

Wis is good to have because it'll let you use Blazing. But what you really want is a lot of Pow and some Sta. That's my take on it anyways. Like they say, the longer path is the most rewarding in the end. And in this case the longer path is pow.
